Mark McNulty


Mark is President of McNulty Group, a firm responsible for $300 million of Ontario dentists’ retirement savings. In addition to multiple television and radio appearances, Mark is the author of The Transition Coach 2.0–A Canadian Dentist’s Guide to a Perfect Retirement, and his new book The $6Million Dentist. In 2015 Mark was chosen as one of the top five financial advisors in Canada by Wealth Professional Magazine.

Sharon Chin-Yee

BSc, BEd

As Head of Operations, Sharon manages daily operations and ensures clients enjoy one-on-one high quality service, for which McNulty Group has set the benchmark in the industry. Sharon has a BSc (Honours) in Mathematics from Queen’s University and a BEd from the University of Toronto. She completed the Personal Financial Planning course through the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners. She has been with McNulty Group for over 20 years, and prior to joining the firm taught high school mathematics and managed a dental practice.

Michael Wilson


Michael graduated from Queen’s University’s School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). He furthered his financial education by earning his Chartered Accountant (CPA,CA) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional designations. Michael joined McNulty Group in 2012 after working for Ernst & Young, and works with clients to deliver McNulty Group’s management model of practice and personal retirement planning.

Guy Gordon


Guy is a 25 year veteran of the investment industry. Beginning as a retail stockbroker following his graduation in economics from the University of BC, he returned to graduate school at Queen’s University where he earned his MBA. For the next several years, Guy managed investment portfolios as an institutional money manager and covered oil and gas stocks as an equity research analyst. Guy earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1998. His current focus of attention is the successful management of McNulty client retirement portfolios.

Karen Barrow


Karen has been with McNulty Group since 2007. She works with Sharon, handling daily operations to ensure high quality service to all our clients. Karen is a graduate of the University of Guelph, and since graduating in 1996 has gained experience in the financial services industry both domestically and abroad. She completed the Canadian Securities course and the Investment Management Techniques course prior to joining McNulty Group.

Alan Wong


Alan assists McNulty Group in investment research and trading. Alan earned a degree specializing in Finance from Western University, and was hired by a boutique asset management firm in Toronto. Joining the McNulty Team in 2013, Alan supports Guy and executes day-to-day trading and security analysis fundamental to McNulty Group’s approach to Retirement Income Plans.

Hill Su


Hill obtained his Master of Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management degrees from the University of Waterloo. He then practiced with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to earn his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. He has provided professional services to some of the largest banks in Canada and various types of funds from all over the world. Hill joined McNulty Group in 2016 and works with the team on the design and implementation of the firm’s financial and retirement planning services.
